Most of our work is on site — we screen whole departments at their station, and if yours hasn’t set that up, we’d like to help them. You don’t have to wait, though: one to two Fridays a month, our Pensacola clinic opens to individuals for the same comprehensive physical and occupational cancer screening, arranged directly with you.

- Results come through our secure patient portal. Abnormal findings are communicated promptly with a clear plan of action, and our Nurse Navigator helps coordinate any specialist referrals.

Heritage Oaks Plaza
We’re in the Heritage Oaks plaza on the south side of Michigan Ave, in the corner of the complex — 945 W Michigan Ave, Suite 10B, Pensacola, FL 32505.
Visits are by appointment only. The clinic isn’t open regular business hours, so we’ll confirm your date and time before you come out.
The Exposure Doesn’t Retire When You Do
The job leaves a mark a standard annual physical isn’t built to look for. Closing that gap is the point of this exam — whether you’re still on shift or hung up your gear years ago.
Occupational cancer
IARC classifies occupational exposure as a firefighter at its highest carcinogenic level — Group 1. Long-term law enforcement cohorts show their own elevated cancer mortality. The latency is long, which is why exposure history matters more than what your job title says today.
Cardiac risk
Sudden cardiac death accounts for roughly 45% of firefighter duty-related fatalities. In law enforcement, a 22-year review put the average age of death from a duty-related heart attack at 46.5. Most of that risk builds quietly, years ahead of the event.
Advanced imaging available
Alongside the core exam we coordinate low-dose CT lung cancer screening and coronary artery calcium (CAC) scoring through our imaging partners. In one study of asymptomatic firefighters 40 and older, 39% had measurable coronary calcium — disease already underway, with nothing yet to feel. Ask us whether either test fits your history and we’ll set it up.
